Good Hope Ventures developed a 65,000 square foot medical building in rapidly growing medical hub within Central Pennsylvania within visual distance from two major hospitals. The project involved planning and development for future surgery center, clinical care, and physical therapy. GHV worked managed permitting with Transportation Department and regulatory bodies for associated entitlements to provide this class “A” facility. GHV coordinated with all key stakeholders within allocated budget and timelines.
