Good Hope Ventures (GHV) developed the Boiling Springs residential community located in Cumberland County. As one of Central Pennsylvania’s largest luxury home sites, the 100 single family lots provide prime residential real estate for South Middleton Township.
As project lead, GHV acquired the raw land and created the roadway and residential lot concept plans. Our team coordinated with South Middleton Township representatives for development plan approval, and worked with third-party contractors to build a diverse, residential community.
